7lb bone in pork shoulder
1/2 cub fennel seed grounded
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp oregano
2 cups olive oil
3 lbs potatoes
1.5 cups white wine

Preheat oven to 500 after seasoning pork place in oven for 30 mins lower to 350 and cook for 1.5 hours, take out potatoes, pour in 1.5 cups white wine and cook for another hour

Take out pork let rest for 20 minutes and heat back up potatoes for another 20 mins and serve with lots of #red #wine and tasty #bread
