Paola Lanzavecchia, winemaker of Villadoria, tastes ‘Tardoc’ Barbera D’Alba. The grapes are produced in the hills around Alba in Piedmont, Italy. The wine means ‘tipsy’ because you can’t stop drinking it. It is a perfect pairing with traditional Piedmontese Salami.
