½kl. chicken breasts boneless and skinless
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
½ cup all-purpose flour
mixed herbs
garlic powder
1 large egg
parmesan cheese
basil leaves
¼ cup vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon of the remaining flour mixture
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ cup mallorca or white wine
1 cup chicken broth
freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon
salt and black pepper to taste
chili flakes to taste , optional
