Juicy and tasty, only a drop of olive oil and healthy ingredients: the red wine stew can be quickly prepared in a pressure pot.

Preparation time: 8′
Cooking time: 30′ or less in a pressure pot, 1 hr in a regular pot.

Ingredients:
600g beef meat
olive oil q.s.
1 glass wine
1 carrot, 1 onion, a stalk of celery, one garlic clove, chopped and mixed
2/3 juniper berries
1 clove
salt

Fry the carrot-onion-celery-garlic mix in a pan with one tbsp of olive oil, then add the meat, the clove, the juniper berries, a pinch of salt and cook until brown. Sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate. Add a glass of water, cover the pan with lid and let cook.
