At the front of this property you have a car port and a small garden, entering into the Town House you enter into a spacious living/dining room with an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, the kitchen is fully fitted and has the utility area out the back. There are double sliding doors that open onto the terrace which is a lovely space to sit and relax or dine. Back into the la Torre Golf Town house you have a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bathroom. Up to the first floor you will find the Master bedroom, the master has an en-suite bathroom complete with a a bath and overhead shower. The master itself has sliding doors that take you out to the terrace. The terrace is nice and spacious and has fantastic views of the golf course, there are also glass curtains that cover half of the space so you can enjoy it all year round.
