Known as the ‘king of the south’ this unusual wine is produced from Aglianico grapes from Vesuvius. It’s one of three varieties grown in Italy.

The wine has minerality, is gritty with phenomenal fruit and a wonderful acidity. It will age well.
It’s also crying out to be paired with a strong salami or something big on the BBQ!
