Today I’m sharing this week’s meal prep with you along with showing some of my top WW foods and products like Dave’s killer bread and pizzelles 🤤

OVERNIGHT OATS BASE:
•1/3cup old fashioned oats
•1/4cup almond milk (or Greek yogurt)
•1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
•1 tbsp sugar free syrup
•cinnamon
•toppings of your choice (I like berries & almonds best!)

AIR FRYER ROASTED CARROTS:
•super simple! Smother your carrots in olive oil and coat with whatever seasoning you like! Pop them in the air fryer at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, shaking them each 5 minutes 😊 VERY yummy!

ANGELICA’S FAVORITE SALAD:
•lots of spinach
•tomatos
•1 serving of deli lunch meat (or fresh meat if you have it)
•4 tsp of parmesan cheese
•garlic croutons (1 tbsp)
•Italian dressing (Olive Garden lite is my favorite!)
