Hey guys! In this vlog, I tried a new dairy-free yogurt, made some pizza pretzels, and made some french fries! I also showed you guys how to make a healthy Italian meal for dinner! What else would you like to see me cook? Comment down below!
To make my Healthy Italian Dinner!
You’ll need:
-pasta, I used Gluten Free Penne!
-tomato sauce, I used Sweet Basil!
-lentils from a CAN (if you use dried ones it takes wayyyy longer)
-parmesan cheese (optional)
-lettuce
-cherry tomatoes
-cucumber
-pepper
-croutons (optional)
Feel free to add any other salad ingredients or pasta fixings you’d like!
Instructions:
-boil pasta for about 8-9 minutes, depending on the kind, stir once in a while
-heat up lentils in a pot, stir occasionally (they are pre-cooked so just warm them up)
-heat up tomato sauce in a small pot, stir occasionally
-while the pasta is cooking, wash and cut (or rip with your hands!) the lettuce
-chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper into bite-sized pieces, mix with lettuce
-when the pasta is done drain the water in a colander, put it back in the pot
-drain the lentils in the same colander and then back in the pot
-add in any croutons or dry salad extras to the salad
-serve and ENJOY!
