Sight – Look at glass see color (can use a white background to view the color more), Look at brightness will talk about style, Tear drops how long to drop
Swirl – To release aromas so when you taste all it has to offer
Smell – Wine 90% of what you taste is what you smell
Sip – A little sip on pallet to move around, acidity receptors in front, front in the middle of tongue and tannins on side of cheeks
