Ingredients:
4 TBSP oil
1 chopped onion
1 TBSP garlic
½ chopped red capsicum
½ chopped green capsicum
½ chopped yellow capsicum
2 cups Barley
½ cup vegetable stock
1 packet Ching’s Fried Rice Masala
1 TBSP butter
Procedure:
1. Take a pan, add some butter saute the onion and garlic till translucent.
2. Saute the yellow,red and green pepper.
3. Add the risotto and cook the risotto by adding some stock.
4. Once the risotto is cooked add the Chings Fried Rice Masala and season it with salt.
5. Finish it with the remaining butter.
6. Garnish it with some spring onions.
