– 1 package of lady finger cookies
– 12 oz (340 grams) fresh blueberries
– 6 oz (170 grams) fresh blackberries
– 2 bananas
– 8 oz (225 grams) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
– 1 ½ cups (360 grams) heavy cream
– ½ cup (63 grams) powdered sugar
– ¾ cup (180 ml) Moscato
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
