Basic focaccia bread, I remember making this bread once every week, when my bakery chef used to have his day off & people would always complain that it wasn’t right, it took many years of practice before I got it right & I seem to have gotten a lot better at making breads now a day. This is a great recipe to try if you are a passionate baker.

Ingredients
3 1/2 cup refined flour
1 1/2 cup (add more if required)
2 1/2 tsp yeast + 1 tsp sugar (mixed with some water)
1 1/2 cup Lukewarm water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Refined flour for dusting
For the salt solution
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
For the toppings
1 tbsp dried thyme (or any herbs)
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced olives
Bake in pre heated oven
Bake at 210°C for 20-25 mins
