Chianti is produced in Tuscany, a region in the center of Italy where Sangiovese grape is famous and native people are proud of it!
There are many differences between Chianti DOCG and Chianti Classico DOCG, let’s discover some of these.
The bottle I am going to speak about is from CAPARSA winemaker: Paolo and his family started to make wine many years ago. They make only organic and this “Riserva” version is 100% Sangiovese.
