Villa Manodori Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)- This olive oil is commissioned by Chef Massimo Bottura himself. I have been watching so much Masterclass and Netflix food shows with him using this I had to get my hands on it. $20 from Eataly!
Trader Joe’s California Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)- I had this in my house and it has been pretty good and affordable!
I will also mention the authenticity of olive oils and how many supermarket olive oils are ADULTERATED and FAKE OLIVE OIL!!! DANGER! FRAUD ALERT!
The WINE I will sip is Corte Rossa Barolo 2015 from Trader Joe’s. KING of Italian Wines (in addition to Brunello di Montalcino- another KING)
On my Trader Joe’s haul, I also bought the new Summer Candle Tin Trio- Strawberry Basil, Watermelon Mint, and Pineapple Cilantro.
