There is a wonderful market stall going by the name “The Mac Factory” serving delicious Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese in Camden Lock Market, London.
The friendly proprietor Graham is a skillful trained chef & has somehow managed to take the humble Macaroni Cheese to another level………in doing so he has quite rightfully earned the right to use the word gourmet.
There is no secret to the delicious recipies; as everything is freshly prepared to order while you wait.
After eating here; the nations favorite Indian curries (like Chicken Tikka Masala & Chicken / Veg Baltis may perhaps have to take second place now. 🙂
Grahams Kitchen’s Mac “N” Cheese food stall is located in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market in the Global Kitchen Street Food area (adjacent to the Regents Canal).
