Ingredients:
1 cup penne pasta (or pasta of your choice )
3 tbsp salted butter
100gms grated mozarella cheese
1 cup chopped brocolli
1 cup bell peppers (different colors)
half ltr milk .
2 tbsp refined flour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
salt as per taste
8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 tsp oil.
