Here’s the link to make the caramel:
Pour the caramel into the mold and spread it.
Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) milk/vegetable milk
1/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar
5 Free Range Eggs
1 Espresso or Italian Coffee
1 tsp Coffee Powder
Pour the milk into the caramel pan 😉
Add Cane Sugar, Coffee, Coffe Powder and eggs.
Put the pan on a small heat and mix very well for a couple of minutes.
Pour all into the mold and bake it with a water bath (bain-marie) for 30-40 minutes at 320 °F/160 °C
Take it out and let it rest till cold then refrigerate one-two hours. Run the blade of a knife around the ramekins, invert and serve very cold.
