Ingredients:
– 500 gr. pasta
– 1 onion
– 200 grams Parmesan cheese
– 250 grams diced mozzarella
– 200 grams bread crumb mixture

– 0. 5l tomato sauce
– salt
– Origano (optional )

Steps:
Cook the pasta in generously salted water 3 minutes less than recommended on package and drain.
Meanwhile heat oven to 180°.
In a casserole put tomato sauce, add the onion and olive oil, seasoned with salt and sugar to lessen the acid taste of the tomato.
Then pour sauce into dish adding all the ingredients to the half-cooked pasta, toss well.
Bake 180° for 45 minutes.

Better to serve hot.
