Here are the ingredients needed for my Artichoke & Red Wine Pork Filet:

Artichokes:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves minced garlic
¼ cup diced red onion
1 cup artichoke hearts in olive oil, oil reserved
2 cups red wine
Salt and pepper

Pork:
Grapeseed oil
2lbs pork tenderloin, sliced to 2” medallions
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil leaves
