Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #19 features ReRico Brazilian Grill in Springfield, Missouri!! ReRico Brazilian Grill is rated as Springfield’s top Brazilian restaurant to go to for traditional Brazilian meats and other foods such as picanha steak, pork lombinho, shrimp ceviche, and more. For this giant meal, they served my dinner inside their private dining area, and got enjoy 64oz of Brazilian picanha steak, 1lb of lombinho de porco, 8oz of their fried chicken bites in a garlic teriyaki sauce, 1lb of hand-cut sweet potato fries coated in cinnamon & sugar, 1lb of traditional fried bananas, shrimp ceviche, calamari ceviche, grilled pineapple, and they topped everything off with a Brazilian-style Caipirinha cocktail to drink. Thanks to chef Angel Kim the owner and his hard-working team at ReRico Brazilian Grill for the delicious Brazilian dinner they served me. 3) 8oz of Brazilian chicken bites in a garlic teriyaki sauce.
4) 1lb of traditional fried bananas (DELICIOUS).
5) 1lb of hand-cut sweet potato fries w/ cinnamon & sugar.
6) Grilled pineapple (ALSO DELICIOUS).
7) Brazilian shrimp ceviche salad (from their salad bar).
8) Brazilian calamari (squid) ceviche salad.
9) To drink – Brazilian-style Caipirinha (cocktail)
