I use angel hair pasta, bc I don’t like super thick pasta. You can use a pasta of your choice, even veggie noodles!

Ingredients:

Shrimp (devein/tail on)
Pasta of your choice, I used Angel hair
Olive oil
Vegetable broth (2 cups)
White wine (1 cup)
1 stick of unsalted butter
Cajun season:
(I used sea salt, garlic salt, paprika, oregano, cayenne, red pepper flakes, black pepper)
Half Diced Tomato
Fresh minced garlic (2 cloves)
Half of a fresh green jalapeno
Fresh parsley chopped (for best flavor)
Lemon zest
2 lemons
Boiling pot
Large pan/skillet
Drainer
grater (to make lemon zest)
