-Tomateos
-Croutons
-Sauce
-Parmesan Cheese

Sauce:
-1 cup Mayonnaise
-2TSP Natural Yogurt
-50g Parmesan Cheese
-1TSP Mustard
-One Lemon Juice
-2 cloves of Garlic
-2 TBSP Oil
-1/2 TSP SAlt
-Pinch of Black Pepper

صلصة:
-1 كوب مايونيز
-2 ملعقة صغيرة زبادي طبيعي
-50 جم جبن بارميزان
-1 ملعقة صغيرة خردل
