Whilst pasta originates from Italy, it is used all over the world to create mouthwatering dishes. Here’s our take on a pasta dish with a spicy twist!
(serves 6 people)
CHICKEN PREPARATION:
• 2 medium sized chicken breasts cubed
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 heaped tbsp of smoked paprika
• ¾ tbsp of red chilli powder
• ¾ tbsp of ground black pepper
• 1 tsp of salt
PASTA PREPARATION:
• 500g of spaghetti (check cooking instructions)
• 1 tbsp of salt
• 1 tbsp of cooking oil
Cooking:
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 3 tbsp of butter
• 1 cup of double cream
• 1 cup of chopped onion
• 2 tbsp of chopped garlic
• 1 tsp of chilli flakes (optional)
• ½ cup of chicken stock
• 140g of tomato puree
• 10-12 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes
• 4 spring onion stems (chopped)
• 3 tbsp of Parmesan (finely grated )
• ½ tsp of ground black pepper
• Salt to the taste
