Man oh man. I try everyone, I really do. I cook a thousand different things that claim to be kid friendly. Nope. I buy books that claim to have the best kid approved snacks. Nope. I scour the internet in search of tasty healthy treats that my kids will actually eat. Nope.
Plus, it doesn’t help that my son must avoid dairy, soy, eggs and gluten. Yes gluten. Did I mention that I’m a bread baker? Talk about challenging.
Anyway, if you can relate to my dilemma I hear you. I feel you. I bank on the fact that when they leave home and fend for themselves in the kitchen I finally will be appreciated.
Until then, keep cooking. You never know what they’re gonna like.
