💕MINI ITALIAN TURKEY MEATLOAF💕
(2 mini meatloafs for 5sp (250 cals) when you make 8 total!)
1 to 1.5lbs ground turkey (I used 93%)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Ranch Powder (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and make 8 equal sized mini loafs that come to the top of the muffin pan. Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes, until the turkey is completely cooked through. Serve with 0 point marinara!

0sp! (55cals for 1/2 cup)
2 large cans crushed tomatoes (Just 1 is fine too!)
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 large yellow onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic (if you have it!)
1/2 can (or 3oz) Tomato Paste
4-6 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
3 Tbsp Dried Parsley
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Start by cooking down your onion on a medium-high heat, until translucent and soft. Add minced garlic if you have it and let that cook with the onion for 1 minute. Combine all ingredients in your crock pot or large pot on the stove and let it summer on a low heat for at least an hour but up to 6 hours! I stir it occasionally, but that’s not necessary – especially when using your crock pot!

(140 cals for 2)

4 servings Pancake mix (make sure its a “just add water” kind!)
2-3 Tsp Cake Batter Extract (I used 2 but I think it could have more!)
2 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
Mix all ingredients together plus the amount of water designated on your pancake box (mine was 1 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup water). Bake at 350 for 13 minutes! Keep in an air tight baggie or container in the fridge and reheat in your microwave before eating! Enjoy!
