• Red Chilli Powder, half tsp
• Sugar, 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 to 8 tbsp
• Water as required to boil or blanch
For Boiling Pasta:
• Fusilli Pasta, 4 cups
• Water as required to boil
• Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
