At home, I am the boss inside my kitchen! hehe! I mean, in my kitchen I am free to cook what I want.
Anyway, of course simple cooking because I am not that rich to afford those expensive and luxurious ingredients like my idol chef, Gordon Ramsay… hehe!
This dish in the video is already an expensive dish for me. But anyway, I thank God almighty for everything I have. I am just contented with what I have.
I cook this Italian dish again to let my family enjoy their lunch! I love seeing them satisfied with my dish every time we eat our meals together. I love to see them enjoy the food I prepared.
My family loves Italian cuisine! Me too! It’s my favorite! For me, Italian cooking is our happiness!
Maybe because we used to eat this type of food in Italy when we still there.
