Spinach Ricotta Ravioli

Ravioli is an Italian Dumpling stuffed with ricotta, spinach, meat and other vegetables and typically servers with a delicious tomato or cream-based pasta sauce. They originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. Ravioli are commonly square, though other forms are also used including circular and semi-circular.
I have shown 2 ways of making ravioli at home.
INGREDIENTS for Ravioli:

Spinach: 250g
Paneer: 100g
Fresh Cream: 2 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Lasagna Sheet: 4-6
Maida: ¾ cup
Water: ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Ingredients for White Sauce:

Butter: 3-4 tbsp
Maida: 2 tbsp
Milk: 3 cups
Oregano: 1 tbsp
Basil: 1 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
