This Amsterdam eatery is testing out glass dining pods as a way to keep restaurants afloat in a post-coronavirus pandemic world.

In US news and current events today, the coronavirus pandemic has forced many businesses to get creative. Amid COVID-19, restaurants are thinking of new ways to stay afloat while adhering to COVID19 lockdown and stay-at-home orders. And post-coronavirus, the restaurant industry might still have to adjust to a new world with new health safety guidelines.
One restaurant in Amsterdam is currently testing a project called ‘Serres Séparées,’ or ‘seperate greenhouses,’ as a way to offer classy dining experiences in the age of the coronavirus. The glass cabins overlook the famous Amsterdam canals and can hold 2 to 3 people for an intimate, candlelit meal.
