We have been through a collective whirlwind personally, professionally, as students, and families. Our goal has been steadfast in bringing you the quality food you’ve come to love and expect during uncertain times, as safely as we can. We want to share our process with you as we move through these times. We want you to know how much thought we put into what keeps us all safe, well fed, and protects a positive, stable experience.
We are confident our communities, our people, and our nation will respond to everything we are up against, and come through the other side having learned the lessons humans so often must learn. While this has been challenging for so many of us, we have dug our heels into the adaptation required to keep our food chains moving, our patrons fed well, our safety secured, and our sense of belonging with one another, intact.
We encourage everyone to eat well, treat one another well, breathe deeply, think deeply, hug the people you love, eat with the people you love, and find a radical honesty inside ourselves to do what must be done; one day at a time, together.
