Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. It consists of prosecco, Aperol and soda water. Spritz became widely popular outside of Italy in 2018 and was ranked as the world’s 9th bestselling cocktail in 2019 by the website Drinks International.

プロセッコ 又は辛口スパークリングワイン 1 oz
炭酸水 1/3 oz
飾り オレンジスライス
竹串に刺したオリーブ
Ingredients
2/3 〜1 oz aperol
1 oz procecco,or dry sparkling wine
1/3 oz club soda
Garnish with a slice of orange and an olive on a stick
