In this episode, Riese and Summer will make an Italian dessert with a Filipino touch, Mango Sago Panna Cotta!
While Italy has Panna Cotta, a cooked sweetened cream, our yellow Carabao Mangoes here in the Philippines are heavenly sweet as well. And for this soft and smooth fusioned dessert to have a fun and playful factor, we added Sunshine Big Sago because of it’s chewy and gummy texture.
Partially narrated by Summer, we also included how to properly cook Sunshine Big Sago as cooking Sago in general may be a challenge to some especially for first timers.
