Matt made a fresh macadamia nut pesto atop spaghetti for us to try with the wine. The strong basil and garlic flavors from the pesto was complimented by the light, crisp apple notes of the wine.
Next week from Kauai’s only winery Nani Moon Meadery, we will try Cacao Moon; a macadamia nut honey wine infused with cacao and vanilla.
