Our ingredients for our Ragu or Bolognese Sauce

700 ml tomato sauce
Lasagna pasta(3 pcs 34cmx22cm) depends to the size of your baking pan
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 carrots
1 pc celery stalk(optional)
1 big chopped onion
minced garlic
For our Cream or Bechamel
60g butter
600ml fresh milk
1tsp.nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
