Welcome to my first ever cooking/food video. I started learning how to cook a little bit a year or so ago and thought it would be fun to make a video. I spent a total of almost 20 years living in Italy and got addicted to the food there and pesto is one of my all time favorites; my wife has an amazing garden which provides me with fresh basil so I learned how to make it myself at home because it’s 1000 times better than anything you can buy in stores. My 7 year old son Maximus handled the camera duties (which is why it’s a bit shaky and all over the place) and I had a lot of fun doing it. I hope you enjoy it!
