INGREDIENTS
-Patotoes: 3 medium
-Onion: medium size half
-Red chilli powder: 1/2 tspn
-Salt black pepper crushed: 1/4 tspn
-Red chilli crushed: 1/2 tspn
-Black peppercorns: few
-Oil: 3 tbpn
-Water: as required
TIP: Add water gradually otherwise it’ll become mushy
MAKING
-Take pan add oil and fry onion until golden brown.
-Add in patotoes and stir fry them until half cooked.
-Put in all the spices with 3 tbsp of water and mix well until the masala is roasted well.
-Cover the pan with a little bit of water if necessary and let it cook, check in between to make sure it doesn’t get mushy.
-Garnish with fresh ginger and green chilli and serve with boiled rice or chapati.
