Italian Style Carbonara
Ingredients:
– 200 gr. spaghetti
– 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
– 1 egg and 1 eggyolk
– black pepper
– 200 gr. smoked diced bacon
Instructions :
Boil the water for spaghetti.
In a bowl beat 1 whole egg and 1 eggyolk then add the Parmesan cheese and set aside.
In a saucepan add olive oil and stir fry the smoked bacon for a minute.
Once the spaghetti is done, drain it.
Wait for a minute for the spaghetti to cool down, then add the beaten egg.
Add the fried smoked bacon and mix.
You can sprinkle black pepper as you wish.
