Option 2-1 Buffalo Top Sirloin (whole steak)

Option 3-Ground Turkey meat 1lb

-6-8 garlic cloves

-1 medium white onion

-Salt

-Pepper

-Italian seasoning

-Olive oil

-Barilla tomato basil flavored sauce

-Spaghetti noodle pasta
