White sauce pasta in tamil:
White Sauce Pasta or as it is called Bechamel Sauce Pasta is a delicious pasta dish where boiled pasta is mixed along with a creamy white sauce base made of all purpose flour(but here i am using wheat), butter, full cream milk and fresh cream(optional).This is a great one pot recipe, except for boiling the pasta, that hardly takes any time.This one pot recipe is such a big mess-free dinner or breakfast, as you don’t have to use many utensils to make one meal!

Preparation time:10 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients Used:
Wheat Pasta – 75 gms
Corn – 2 tbsp
Capsicum – 1/2 No.
For Making White sauce:
Milk – 1.5 cu (350 ml app.)
Wheat – 1 tbsp
Butter – 2tbsp
Salt – as reqd
Pepper – 1/2 tsp(crushed)
Red Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp(crushed)
Mint /oregano seasoning – little quantity

Procedure:
1.Heat butter in a pan.
2.Add corn and capsicum(you can add veggies as per your choice) and saute for a minute.
3.For cooking pasta, Boil water add oil and salt in it.
4.When the water is boiling add pasta cook about 5 to 6 Minutes. Keep aside
5.Take hot pan add Butter in it.
6.Then add wheat saute for a minute.
7. Add milk gradually and mix it without forming lumps.
8.Add Salt and pepper as per your taste cook until it thickens.
9.Then add corn, capsicum and pasta cook for a minute.
10. Add red chilli flakes and mint in it.
11.Delicious white sauce pasta is ready. Serve it hot.
