1 can San Marzano peeled tomatoes or plum tomatoes (800 grams)
3 garlic cloves
5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Fresh Basil to garnish
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste or Pecorino Romano
