This week we take inspiration from Giada De Laurentiis from the Food Network. I set out to make her Chicken Stew in a canteen cup and make it camp friendly. It is a pretty simple stew for camp that is loaded with flavor. You can make it vegan by changing out to vegetable stock and potato or mushrooms instead of chicken.
