My very own version of Maltese Timpana😁. This is a traditional Maltese Baked Pasta in a pastry case and what they called as the “Ultimate Pasta Pie”. Well, I hope my husband will like it😁
300g Rigatoni pasta (you can use penne pasta or macaroni)
300g Minced Beef
1/8 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/8 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp dry basil leaves
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup cheddar shredded cheese + 1 cup for toppings
1/4 cup parmesan grated cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 eggs + 1 egg for egg wash
2 tbsp olive oil, for cooking
