A simple and tasty pasta dish that is easy to prepare and enjoy.
(Ingredients)
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Onion – 1 Bulb
Mushrooms – 4-5
Honey – 1 Tbsp
Cooking Cream – 2 Tbsp
Mustard – 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper – Varies
Chicken Breast – 1 Piece
Pasta of Choice
Spring Onions or Chives for garnishing
Time taken – Approximately 30 minutes

You can saute the mushrooms in this recipe first to obtain a deep depth in flavour. It is an optional step.
The sauce presented here can be use to pair with other items such as baked potatoes or butter rice.

(Directions)
1.Lightly fry Mustard Seeds in Olive Oil,
2.Followed by the Garlic and Onions.
3.Add the mushrooms and stir for 30 seconds.
4.Add the chopped chicken meat into the pan and continue cooking till meat begins to turn brown.
5.Add the cream and mustard and gently fold it in.
6.Continue by adding the honey to the pan and you will observe the sauce darkening.
7.You should then add 2 to 3 Tablespoons of Pasta Water to the sauce to add depth and seasoning to the sauce.
8.You proceed by adding the tablespoon of Honey and gently stir the mix till it combines.
9.Add the Pasta into the sauce to let the noodle absorb the sauce and plate to serve.
