Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #14 features Happy China in Springfield, Missouri!! I ordered lots of delicious Americanized Chinese food items to eat for dinner from their menu which was A LOT of food – crab rangoon, egg rolls, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour pork, vegetable lo mein, shrimp egg foo young, Singapore Mei Fun noodles, Pork Moo Shu, General Tso’s Chicken, Springfield Cashew Chicken, and Szechuan beef. Happy China is rated as one of the top Springfield area restaurants to go to for a delicious American Chinese food, and it’s where I go most often because everything I’ve ever gotten has been great!! Thanks to the hard-working team at Happy China for the delicious dinner they served me.
