Air fried Italian stuffed chicken in 30 minutes!

Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breast
Mozzarella cheese sliced thinly (or provolone cheese)
garlic salt
Sauce ingredients:
1 cup dehydrated tomatoes with 1 cup hot water to rehydrate( or small can of chopped tomatoes)
1/2 finely chopped onion
5 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tablespoons of dehydrated oregano
1 tablespoons of dehydrated Basil
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoons of dried chili flakes
In hot frying pan add 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add chopped onions and garlic and caramelized. In blender add your tomatoes with the water you used to rehydrate and all your dry ingredients. Blend and add to pan with caramelized onions and garlic. Set on low and let simmer.
Butterfly chicken and then tenderize. Cut your cheese into small slices and place inside chicken. Lightly dust chicken with garlic salt.
Cook in air fryer at 360° for 10 minutes then flip and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
( regular oven 355° for 40 minutes)
To to serve covered chicken with Italian sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. And garnish.
