The villa:
This holiday villa is built on two levels and it offers a bright day area. On the ground floor there are large living rooms with sofas and dining area, a fireplace and a big well equipped kitchen in rustic style. Upstairs there are four bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Two of them also have bunk beds and the other two have an additional single bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The villa is perfectly equipped with all kind of self catering accessories and free Wi-Fi.
Outside the villa there is a 14,5x6m swimming-pool with a big sunbathing area which offers many opportunities for fun and pleasure to all guests. The porch, in front of the entrance, is well equipped for outdoor dining. In the villa you can find a portable BBQ.

This villa is located in a very strategic position between Acqualagna and Piobbico. So you can easily visit the two towns which host a lot of ancient romans archeological sites. For example Furlo gorge is one of the most spectacular gorges in Italy, with a 2000-year-old Roman tunnel. Acqualagna town is very famous for truffles and there are several fairs and exhibitions all over the year.
Moreover in this area you can enjoy the most beautiful landscapes and views of Marche region by visiting the near natural parks and practicing outdoor activities like hiking and trekking. During summer you will able to reach the city of Fano in just 40 minutes and spend all the day on its beaches on the blue Adriatic Sea or enjoy Fano and Pesaro nightlife.
