Once you taste this sauce, you will want it over and over again! MoWino made this sauce several years ago and now is an annual event. A huge batch of “3 Pigs” (ground pork, sliced pepperoni and Italian Sausage links) slowly simmer all day in wine, tomatoes and basil sauce.
