Ingredients (For 2 people)

Arborio rice 150g (Risotto rice)
Chickent stock (any stock is okay)
1carrot
1onion
butter 20g
white wine
approximately 1.5 Liters of water
mixed mushroom (this recipe uses swiss brown mushroom&white cup mushroom). Portobello mushroom is good option as well.
