In this video, you learn how to make Mushroom Risotto. This recipe for Mushroom Risotto is completely vegetarian and does not contain any egg, and it serves 6 people. We have used non-alcoholic red wine, it can be substituted by normal red wine or be completely avoided. Please use any short grain rice available to you.
To make the Vegetarian Mushroom Risotto you require the following ingredients:
200g Mushrooms, 1 grated white onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 cups short-grain rice (we have used arborio rice), 20g butter, 4 cups water, 2 blocks of vegetable stock, 3 tablespoon olive oil, ½ cup parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon salt & black pepper
Optional ingredients: ¾ cup dried mushroom, ¾ cup red wine
Garnishing: Parmesan Cheese & Basil Leaf
