Our best ever spaghetti bolognese is super easy and a true Italian classic with a reach meaty sauce.
Bolognese is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. The same is used to prepare lasagne.
One of the ways to educate your kids while still having fun is to get your kids cooking. We got inspired by Jamie Oliver and his son Buddy at #kitchenbuddies YouTube channel so we decided to record our own take on the classic spaghetti Bolognese. We also throw in a few magic tricks into this video.
Kids love pasta with tomato sauce and cheese and in this recipe we use a lot of vegetables so kids can get their 5 a day. Our aim is to get more kids cooking with kids for kids!!!

Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer. Cook for couple of hours stirring occasionally, until you have a rich, thick sauce.
When the bolognese is nearly finished, cook 400g spaghetti in the large amount of salted boiling water with added table spoon of olive oil for 10-12min. Once cooked, drain it reserving some of the cooking water
